- At about 9:45pm, Fresno Police were dispatched to Cedar & Herndon for a report of a woman with a child piloting a remote-controlled helicopter, and flying it into traffic.

- At about 7:10am, Fresno Police were dispatched to the USA Gasoline at Cedar & Shields for an intoxicated male in the bathroom, yelling that he’s being followed.
NOVEMBER 14, 2013
- At about 12:53am, a Fresno Police officer ran the first name of a subject for wants and warrants. The male’s first name is “Richie Rich.”

- At about 9:10pm, Fresno Police were called out to Fresno & Clinton for a report of a man in fatigues yelling and growling at people.

- At about 10:00am, Fresno Police were called to the area of Fresno & Clinton for a report of a man crawling around in the street.
NOVEMBER 24, 2013
- At about 10:13am, Fresno Police were called to an unknown area of North Blackstone Avenue for a report of a man ranting and raving, while pulling his pants up and down.

- At about 12:10pm, Fresno Police were called to an address on Via del Fina Street for a woman reporting that she is losing her mind.
NOVEMBER 29, 2013
- At about 1:30am, Fresno Fire and Fresno Sheriffs were called to Weldon & Fedora for a house fire, hampered by debris and dogs in the yard, and the threat of harm by the residents to the firefighters.
- At about 2:12pm, Clovis Police were called to Peach & Alamos for a report of a woman sitting on the sidewalk yelling that she wants to die.
- At about 2:19pm, Fresno Police were called to Herndon Avenue between Cedar & Maple for a report of a male on the side of the road yelling at passing motorists.
DECEMBER 2, 2013
NOTE: Name was revealed on the news at the time. At about 12:45pm, Fresno Police were called to the area of Kings Canyon & Barton for a man named Dawte Parker who ambushed three customers in a parking lot with a hammer. Mr. Parker then rammed cars at a nearby Burger King. He was tracked back to his home near Chestnut & Church. Parker tried running again, but was caught. Mr. Parker is known as a public nuisance to his neighbors...tries to run down pedestrians, including kids.

- At about 12:18pm, Fresno Police and Sheriffs were called out to a Walgreen’s on Kings Canyon for a report of a male who ran in, stole some deodorant, and ran out.
DECEMBER 6, 2013
- At about 9:46am, Fresno Police were called to the Dollar Tree on Blackstone & Barstow for a report of a man in the store, who thinks he’s being followed by nine Hispanic males. The store employees looked out the windows, did not see anyone in the area, and reported that the man may have been intoxicated.

- At about 6:25pm, Fresno Police were called to Fresno & Bullard for a report of a male in the parking lot talking to himself, appears to be homeless.

- At about 7:57pm, Fresno Police were called to Cedar & Quincy (near Nees) for a report of subjects on a home’s roof, painting. The homeowner says that he did not hire painters.
DECEMBER 18, 2013
- At about 8:50pm, Fresno Police were called out to the El Pollo Loco on Blackstone near Sierra for a report of a homeless male trying to jump over the counter.
DECEMBER 21, 2013
- At about 11:41pm, Fresno Police were called to the CVS Pharmacy Fresno & Shaw for a report of a woman causing trouble for the employees, claiming that she is Satan. A responding officer says that “he will handle the little devil.”
JANUARY 7, 2014
- At about 9:48pm, Fresno Police were called to the area of Blackstone & Harvard for a report of a male walking around the neighborhood barefoot, all in black...with a samurai sword strapped to his back.

- At about 4:30pm, Fresno Police were called to Cedar Avenue for a report of a vehicle traveling north near Shields. The reporting person says that the occupants would stop at a red light, get out, run around the vehicle, get back in at the green. In the 1970‘s, this was known as a “Chinese Fire Drill.”
JANUARY 10, 2014
- At about 4:10pm, Fresno Police were called out to Ashlan & Theseta for a report of a juvenile male armed with a hatchet and making threats to residents of an apartment complex.
- At about 6:49pm, Fresno Police were dispatched to the area of Blackstone & Cambridge near Fresno City College for a report of a male flashing\mooning passing motorists.
