Dealing With The Homeless: Cast Of Characters

I have made up nicknames for some of the homeless, since for the most part I do not know their real names. (I apologize in advance, since a couple of the nicknames ARE offensive, but they do not have my respect):

"Bike-Shop Guy"
A homeless man that fixes bicycles and helps hand-build trailers for other homeless individuals.

"Bearded Guy and He-She"
Two individuals, a male Hispanic with salt & pepper hair and a full beard, and his partner, a Caucasian individual that I am unsure of the gender (may be a female). They are known for frequenting the area pushing shopping carts. He forces "her" to go out to beg for money, and holding "hungry for food" signs while he lounges. Lately, they were seen on bicycles with trailers. When last seen with carts, they had a couple dogs, frequently unleashed.

"Casanova"
A Caucasian male, named as such, because when I initially saw him, he was with a different female individual everyday. Has not been seen since October 2014.

"C.B.G." (Leonard Allen "King")
C.B.G. stands for "Crazy Black Guy." African-American male who has mental issues that makes him act weird. According to Police, his real name is Leonard Allen, but goes by the street name "King," and is\was on parole as a AB109. He has not been seen in the area since Fall 2014.

"Crazy Hairy"
A Hispanic female with a lot of hair. She acts like she has mental issues.

"Dark-Haired Mexican Lady"
A Hispanic female that has been in the area since March 2015. She frequently wears a San Francisco 49ers jacket, and has a medium-sized brown dog that she calls "Beautiful," that is frequently unleashed.

"Druggie"
An Asian male, who walks aimlessly around the neighborhood with a very large backpack on his back. One late afternoon, he was caught shooting up drugs in my bushes, and promptly chased out. He is known for looking into cars parked on the street, and carries on conversations with imaginary people.

"Ho #1"
A blonde-haired Caucasian female who frequents the area.

"Ho #2"
A white-haired Caucasian female who frequents the area. During a passing conversation one time, she claimed that she used to live in my house, and wishes to live in it again.

"Karate Kid...He Ain't"
A Hispanic male who frequently likes to twirl a rope like a gymnastic rhythmic ribbon, and also puts the rope into a tree to kick at it like a kickboxer.

"Pitchman"
A Caucasian male who looks like the 'well-dressed guy begging for you to send money to a child in a third-world country in the "Child First" commercials.' He owns a small brown dog, but mostly keeps it on a leash.

"Potty Loudmouth"
A tall Caucasian woman who dresses "slutty." The first time I "met" her is after a homeless male and I finished cleaning up after another homeless couple. I told him that I would come out the next day, and rake up any leftover litter...which I kept my word. The only problem is that I was accosted by her and her African-American friend, and promptly told me that I couldn't rake up my own strip of lawn. She has stayed in the vicinity of the park. Her friend is okay in my book. He relented that day, and had moved their stuff down the street away from my place, but she likes to have it her way or the highway, and has the mouth of a sailor. She owns a medium-sized white and brown dog, and another smaller dog has been seen in her possession lately. Both dogs are frequently unleashed.

"Preacher"
A Caucasian male with short brown hair going gray with a goatee and mustache) who is always running his mouth to someone, there or not, and always says "And I know..." or "And I am certain..." in his rambling conversations. I have not seen him since the end of 2014. He was staying at the Parkside Inn nearby, but frequented my area.

"Skinhead Trucker"
A slender Caucasian male who drives a white and yellow 70's\80's style Ford pickup (that has an alien head sticker as a hood ornament) with a young Caucasian male (his son?). I have seen him a few times "fly off the handle," and have seen his entire head go from the usual "peach" color to almost bright red. His partner looks to be a teenager, and seems to not go to school. One of the "Skinhead's" tantrums that I heard even focused on him questioning the boy's sexual orientation (LGBT). The man and boy own a medium-to-large sized dog, white\black\gray in color, and frequently keeps it unleashed. He even claimed that he was a lawyer to a Taco Bell employee.

"Stroller-Psycho" (Bonnie)
A Schizophrenic\Bi-Polar female who can be nice to you one minute, but not the next, and her tongue sounds like the devil. She is known for pushing around a baby stroller of her belongings. She is also known for setting up somewhere, and leaves a ton of garbage when she leaves. She is also known for carrying on conversations with imaginary people.

"The Fighting Couple"
An African-American couple that frequents the area. The couple argues frequently, and the smaller female is actually the aggressor, and the taller male tries to back off, but the couple stays together.

"Wheelchair Idiot"
An older male who is one-legged, and is in a wheelchair (but can stand and "hobble" around). He also owns a small brown Chihuahua-like dog (and once owned a bigger black dog...that has not been seen in a while). He also pulls a cart of his belongings, and tends to "drive" his chair backwards, even in the street in traffic. At the end of last year, he had access to a van (that pulled a partial van as a trailer), and thought he could just park it anywhere...including on private property. As of late-February 2015, the van has not been seen...but he is still in the area. His dogs are frequently unleashed.

"Zig-Zag"
A Hispanic female with short black hair, and mental issues. When she walks around, it is in a zig-zag pattern.
